The next step on the bell tree journey is to complete two octaves by adding the flats and sharps in two trees.
String 3 (bottom to top): C#6, F#6, D#6, G#6, A#6
Notice that the F# and D# changed order. This is to place the bell in line with the bell it is most commonly an accidental. C-C#, F-F#, E-Eb/D#, A-Ab/G#, B-Bb/A#. This string is placed behind String 1 (C6-C7) on the arm closest to the ringer. The C#6 casting is to the left to sit behind the C6 casting when first string is added.
String 4 (bottom to top): C#5, F#5, D#5, G#5, A#5
This string is placed behind String 2 (C5-B5) on the arm furthest from the ringer. The C#5 casting to the right behind the C5 casting.
Here is an exercise to help learn where the notes are in these strings. You may choose to have only strings 3 & 4 on the bell tree stand as no notes are required from string 1 & 2.
