Silent Auction Donation Form

There are two auctions for which you can donate an item: in-person at National Seminar in Cincinnati, which is for event attendees, or online*, which is for everyone! The deadline for submitting a form is June 30, 2026.

*If you are donating for the online auction, once the winner is determined, we will provide the address for you to ship them their prize.
