Pinnacle Silent Auction Donation Form

Thank you for donating an item or experience for the Pinnacle silent auctions!

We are tracking donated items via form submission. Please complete one online form for each donated item by June 29, 2025.

You have a choice to donate an item for the auction on-site at Pinnacle in Wichita, or to the online auction. Note that if you donate to the online auction you are responsible for mailing the prize to the winning bidder.

If your donation is for the on-site auction, please bring your item to the HMA registration desk on Wednesday, July 9, between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

You also have the option of mailing your item for the on-site auction in advance. Items MUST be delivered by July 1 to:

If you are able to bring your donation(s) to the on-site auction it would be very helpful. We are trying not to overwhelm the kind person who offered to receive packages for us in Kansas. Please mail only if you are not attending or the item may be impede your travel.
