Seminar 2026 Performer Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at Handbell Musicians of America’s National Seminar, taking place from July 14-18, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Performance opportunities include evening concerts that are 60 minutes, and afternoon concerts that are 45 minutes. Performer/performing ensemble must be an active member of Handbell Musicians of America.

EQUIPMENT & SET-UP

The performing space generally includes a stage, 6’ x 30” tables, and a basic sound system connected to house sound with one microphone. The performer is responsible for providing their own handbell and handchime instruments, foam, covers, and any other equipment required for the performance.

We will do our best to provide the stage dimensions requested. However, this may not be possible due to venue limitations. Final stage size will be determined based on the needs of all performers and availability of staging at the venue.
