National Seminar Mobility Scooter Rental

Handbell Musicians of America is partnering with Mobility Plus Cincinnati East to provide mobility scooters for use at National Seminar. We hope this equipment will be helpful for many of our attendees and provide comfortable transportation throughout the Sharonville Convention Center and hotels.

The rental cost is $80 per scooter for the week (Tuesday, July 14, 2026 – Saturday, July 18, 2026). HMA is coordinating the rentals and making one payment to the rental company for all equipment. HMA is also underwriting the delivery/pick-up fee.

Scooter reservations must be received and paid for by June 29, 2026. A signed waiver is required by Mobility Plus, which will be emailed to you for signature prior to your arrival in Cincinnati. The scooter pick-up location at the Sharonville Convention Center will be emailed after payment is made and signed waiver is received.
