An exhibitor must be in charge of their display during display hours. All exhibitors must close their exhibits promptly at closing time and vacate Handbell Commons thirty minutes following. If additional time is required, this must be requested in advance with the Exhibitor Coordinator. Booths are not to be dismantled or packed up prior to 1:30 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
These are the people who will be on-site at your booth in Handbell Commons. For this form’s purpose, anyone at your booth assisting in any capacity is considered a member of your staff.
Each Exhibiting Partner booth registration includes two staff members (1 booth = 2 staff, 2 booths = 4 staff, etc.). Staff will be issued a badge for Handbell Commons. Badges are required to be worn by everyone in Handbell Commons, including attendees, Exhibiting Partners, faculty, HMA staff, etc.
If you will be having more than your allocated number of staff members from your booth registration, you may add them for a fee, by contacting Marie Clyatt-Larson, [email protected].
