Hotel Information:
We have a block of rooms available for event registrants at the Hilton El Conquistador at a special rate of $129 per night (plus tax). Reservations can be made at the hotel website or by phone at 1-800-325-7832. Request rooms for the AGEHR Master Series Conference or use group code AGE to receive the discounted rate.
Transportation:
The Hilton El Conquistador is offering discounted transportation between the hotel and the airport. The cost is $40+tax per person each way. This is dedicated (not shared-ride) service and your driver will greet you at baggage claim with a sign and assist you with your luggage. To make reservations please complete the reservation form and return it to the hotel as instructed at the bottom of the form. If you prefer to complete an Excel version of the reservation form, please contact Vickie Iverson and she will e-mail it to you.
Taxi service is also available and runs about $60 one-way.
