National Seminar 2026 Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities

This full-color book (approx. 52 pages) is distributed to each attendee and will be available online, expanding the reach of your advertising dollars. Space reservation is due April 30, 2026, with artwork due by May 15, 2026. Provide high-resolution PDF via email to [email protected]. HMA will not design ads and artwork must be submitted camera-ready and final.

The Welcome Reception is being hosted in Handbell Commons on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Guests will partake in heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, visit the exhibits, and spend time catching up with their handbell friends. Sponsor benefits include on-site signage provided by HMA, a full-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website, social media posts, and inclusion in the HMA weekly emails.

Happy Hours are held in Handbell Commons. Attendees may visit the exhibits, enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, and purchase drinks at the cash bar. The Seminar Commemorative Pin is an annual collectible distributed to all attendees. The Pin Sponsor may proudly display their logo on the back of the pin. Additional benefits include a full-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and in HMA weekly emails.

The lanyard will be distributed to all attendees. The Lanyard Sponsor may proudly display their logo on the lanyard, in addition to the National Seminar logo. Additional benefits include a full-page ad in the program book, recognition on the HMA website, in social media posts, and inclusion in the HMA weekly emails.

Distinctly Teen is a fun and exciting handbell event for ringers ages 13-18. Participants will spend 4 days playing intermediate to advanced repertoire and developing skills in handbell technique and general musicianship under the leadership of conductor, Dr. Lynn Atkins. Sponsorships include an ad in the program book (see below for sizes), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, in HMA weekly emails, and on the Distinctly Teen concert livestream broadcast.

Welcome Bag items must be mailed in advance (HMA to provide address) and received by Friday, July 10, 2026, or dropped off at the Sharonville Convention Center by 10:00 AM (local time) on Monday, July 13, 2026. Items received after these times will not be included.
